Aerobics
Wayside has a long standing tradition of offering one of the area's most challenging Aerobic Programs. Whether it is a high intensity, "Low Impact" class or the varying challenges of a "Step Variety" class, the Aerobic Program at Wayside has something in store for you. Spinning
Spinning is the newest addtion to Wayside's Group Exercise offerings. Spinning is a high intensity, cardiovascular exercise class on stationary bikes which closely replicate road cycling. Yoga
With the hectic pace of contemporary living, the calming, meditative, stress reducing benefits of the age-old practice of Yoga have once again taken on a new popularity.
