Training Programs
If you are looking for education, motivation and accountability, let us provide the blueprint and the tools that you need to achieve your fitness goals. We can help you with what to do, get you excited about doing it, and make sure that you follow through with it! At Wayside, we'll teach you how to stop working out and start training.

Our training programs go beyond basic strength exercises and “cardio training.”  At Wayside, we offer programs that incorporate:    

New Members Equipment and Program Instruction
Start off right with a comprehensive overview of our equipment and programs.  We’ll demonstrate the proper way to use the equipment, which will ensure you have the knowledge to workout efficiently and safely. We offer Fitness Orientation and Quick Start programs.

Small Group Training

We provide high intensity, affordable training groups that are designed to increase speed, strength, agility, flexibility, and power. Choose your age/ability/sport-specific training program, and you’ll receive individual attention in a small participant-to-coach ratio.

Personal Training
Stop working out and start training! Our one-on-one training provides a unique program design based on your functional movement screen assessment. This program focuses on your individual goals. Wayside personal trainers can give you the knowledge you need to maximize your efforts with a more efficient and goal-oriented program.

Health and Fitness Education
Free to members and guests.
