Getting to Wayside

From North
Route 85 South

Follow Route 85 South past Marlborough Police Department (located on the left) to the second set of lights. Turn left onto Lincoln Street and follow to junction with Route 20. Follow Route 20 East for a few miles, past Burger King on left, Walgreens on the right at the set of lights. At lights, turn right onto Farm Road. Follow Farm Road past airport on left. Take first left after airport onto Broadmeadow Street.  Wayside is on Broadmeadow Street on the left.

From East
North Framingham/Nobscot area

Follow Edgell Road West to Edmonds Road. Follow Edmonds Road North toward Marlborough. At stop sign, bear right onto Parmenter Road. Follow Parmenter Road for approximately 3-4 miles to the end. Turn left onto Broadmeadow Street. Wayside is on Broadmeadow Street on the right.

Sudbury area

Follow Route 20 West past Wayside Country Store on left. At the third set of lights after Wayside Country Store (Walgreens on the left), turn left onto Farm Road. Follow Farm Road past airport on left. Take first left after airport onto Broadmeadow Street. Wayside is located on the left.

From South
Route 85 North

Follow Route 85 North from Southboro, past St. Mark’s School, over RR bridge to traffic light. Turn left (you are still on Route 85).  Follow for approximately 50 yards and take your first right onto Acre Bridge Road. Follow Acre Bridge Road to the end and turn right onto Farm Road. Follow Farm Road for approximately 1.5 miles, past elementary school on left,  and take your second right onto Broadmeadow Street.  Wayside is on Broadmeadow Street on the left.

MASSPike

Take Route 9 exit (Framingham - Sheraton Tara). Follow Route 9 West for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right onto California Avenue at first set of lights just west of Sheraton Tara (just before “Tin Alley” Restaurant). Turn left at the next set of lights onto New York Avenue. Follow New York Avenue to the end and turn right onto Route 30. Follow Route 30 for approximately 4/10 mile to Pine Hill Road. Turn left onto Pine Hill Road and follow to the end (approximately 2 miles). Turn left onto Parmenter Road and follow to the end (approximately 1 mile). Turn left onto Broadmeadow Street - Wayside is approximately 2/10 mile down on the right.

From South, Ashland/Holliston/Sherborn

From Ashland Center, turn left onto Pleasant Street (towards Southboro/Westboro).  Follow Pleasant Street past Ashland Fish & Game for 1 - 2 miles and fork right onto Oak Hill Road (towards Route 9).  Follow Oak Hill Road across Route 9 and continue on Central Street to Stop sign. Turn left onto Marlboro Road, across reservoir and bear right (toward Marlborough).  Follow for 2+ miles to Junction with Route 85.  Approximately 50 yards after junction, turn right onto Acre Bridge Road.  Follow Acre Bridge Road to the end and turn right onto Farm Road. Follow Farm Road approximately 1 1/2 miles, past elementary school on left, and take your second right onto Broadmeadow Street.  Wayside is on Broadmeadow Street on the left.

From West
Route 495

Take Exit 24A (Route 20 East). Follow Route 20 approximately 8/10 of a mile (past Lake Williams on right) and turn right onto Beach Street just after Mobil station on right. Follow Beach Street to the end and turn right onto South Street. Follow South Street to the end and turn right at the lights onto Route 85. At next traffic light, turn left onto Walker Street. Follow Walker Street to the end and turn right onto Framingham Road. Follow Framingham Road. Framingham Road becomes Farm Road. Continue east on Farm Road for approximately 1.5 miles, past Kane Elementary school on left. Take the second right after the elementary school onto Broadmeadow Street. Wayside is on Broadmeadow Street on the left.
